Broke Ankle on Skate Board

I fell while skate boarding Tuesday night.  I knew my left ankle was broken by the horrific pain and the fact that my left foot is turned sideways.  My friend took me to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, Ga.  They saw me, gave me pain pills and refered me to an orthopedic surgeon on Wednesday afternoon.  When I went to the Wednesday appointment at 12:50pm.  They refused to help me unless I can find someone to co-sign for $3,000.00.  I don't have any insurance, my Mother cannot help me, I am living with friends and paying no rent because I just got a job working at a local resturant (cook). I went back to Gwinnett Medical Center last night and they gave me the number of another surgeon.  I called his office today and was told that they aren't taking any new patients right now.  Meanwhile, I am in a lot of pain and my ankle has been injured for almost 48 hours.  I need any information for medical and financial assistance in the Gwinnett County Area of Georgia.
